About Us

One of our partners made her first real estate investment at the age of 17 years old. She personally remodeled and renovated this home with her own hands and a loan from dear old Dad. These were the first steps in the journey to create this company.

All of our partners and investors have met through real estate transactions, business and construction projects to help form this company and drive our unique and exclusive business model.

Part of our company's mission statement is to make sure every community we are involved in becomes a better place in which to live and/or do business.

We believe that our clients should come first and we make sure our employees understand that we are in the 'people business' foremost, as well as the construction, real estate or property management business.

With all of the different aspects of our company, we offer services unlike any other construction company, real estate office or property management firm. Our long-term goal is to provide every aspect of real estate services needed to run your home or business including the services we already provide as well as mortgage, home inspection, interior design and home warranty needs.

In all aspects of our company we believe in long term relationships. In order for a long term relationship to really live up to the test of time, it must be willing to give and take. We try to make sure our pricing is market-fair and takes in to consideration the pursuit of this long-term relationship. We do not need to have large margins on our pricing because, if we do our part, we will be the only company that you will ever use.
